I learned two or three things in his class. All year.
He is very tough, but I feel I have learned so much more than i did from my freshman english teacher taught me. His thoughts of the day are really funny.
kind of opinionated, too big on grammer, i guess it could have been worse though.
He teaches based on his opinion. He even disagrees with you when you say the same thing he does! Still, he's an OK person. The class was pretty easy.
good teacher....unfortunately he grades essays solely on grammar and structure, not on stlye.
He inspired me to become an English teacher. Fantastic teacher!
When he asks an opinion question.. he says its ok.. but then say his opinion is the right one.. grammar also impossible
yeah frankie Y does put on that air of sophistication even though he only teaches sophomores but he's alright.
Frank Yusella's class was very structured and organized. I enjoyed the weekly thought for the day. Dont't expect to ever get a 100 on an essay or speech.
Mr. Yusella was awesome. A lot of people hated him, and I really can't see why. If you worked even moderately hard, it was pretty simple to get a decent grade. This was the first time in a few years that I actually learned something in English class.
He was a ...memorable... teacher if you liked him or not. It seems that people who don't know what they're doing didn't like him.
Mr. Yusella is the best, man. People who don't like him are just looking for someone to blame for their academic failures. He was a great teacher.
I love English more than any other subject. This year, it made me want to scream. He contradicted himself frequently and attempted to act superior.
