Mrs. Koppman was by far the most inspiring and intelligent teacher that I have ever had. I am now a freshman in college, and I can say with absolute certainty that I would not be the student I am now had it not been for her wisdom and knowledge. I have nothing but respect for her and her passionate, fiery spirit. Yes, she has favorites. She favors the students who are willing to work hard and strive for the best. Every teacher should. She is truly a legend--one of a kind.
Mrs. Koppman is my favorite teacher of all time. I had her for two years as a social studies teacher at Good Shepherd and I learned more in those two years than would be possible under any other instructor. The methods she taught have stayed with me throughout high school and her teaching style promoted my desire to work my absolute hardest on every assignment, something I still value to this day. Without Mrs. Koppman's instruction, I would very likely be a different person than I am today.
Mrs. Koppman was an ok teacher but however she taught us a lot about history.
If she liked you she was nice to you. I'm no longer a student at Good Shepherd, but I will never forget Ms. Koppman. If she didn't like you, she treated you horribly. Public humiliation was her specialty. I cannot believe she wasn't fired.
The perfect teacher! You don't want an easy teacher or an extremely strict teacher. You want one that is chellenging and strict enough so that people don't goof off. She totally prepares you for high school and she is pretty much everyones favorite teacher!
Mrs. Koppman has helped me so much. I always had to work so hard in her class but I would not be where I am without her. I became organized and learned how to write a real research paper. Thank you so much!!
Fabulous educator. Gave my children excellent skills not only for school, but for life. Each of my children were very distinct and she adapted to their learning styles, celebrated their differences and encouraged them to achieve beyond what they believed what they could do.
My daughter is a senior in high school and my son is a sophomore in high school. They both attended Good Shepherd. Gail was an outstanding teacher, and very knowledgeable. They still refer back to her today. Good Shepherd is very lucky to have her!
Outstanding educator. Taught me about critical thinking, and gave me the tools to master my AP and Honors courses in high school
Great teacher infact her class was the only class where in learned things
Yes, she favors people in her advisory, but I think she's awesome. When i started 8th grade i was so scared of her, but that feeling didn't last long at all! She prepares you for high school She rocks
She has TOO MANY FAVORITES, in perticular her advisory. She has good opinions and prepares us well for reality. She would be the best teacher if she didn't have favorites.
she is the coolest teacher ever!!! i love her she is so awesome all you have to do is pay attention and you will pass!
