When Garry arrived the school district was the top in the area. After 10 years of his leadership, we are sadly laggin behind and no longer considered the best. He broke the district.

He asked for opinions, so I told him what I thought was a good idea. He said he didn't want that opinion-- that he was in charge. Even though he asked for opinions, he wouldn't listen.
