Totally painful, ran kids off if they didn't play insturment he wanted or get lessons thru his friends. Mean and condecending to students. Unless your child really likes music STAY AWAY

He was demanding, but he was a great teacher and conductor. He was able to teach a lot of us vibrato. We were a great orch. comparted to other high school orch. Most of us didnt take lessons either.

Mr. Burrow is sometimes really mean, but he's really nice to people who work hard for him. He's nice to me and I'm not that great, but he still likes me a lot.
