Mr. Adams really helped me understand and connect history across eras. You'll learn so much and have a great time in his class!
Mr. Adams is hands down the best teacher in the world! He corrects you when you get an info wrong and teaches clearly on how to properly write a dbq without the hassle!
He is a great teacher that is informative and helpful. He is stern and wastes no time.
Mr. Adams, simply put, is an excellent teacher and a genuinely nice person. Wish I could have had him for both APUSH and AP Civics.
Reapeats the same jokes and his lectures can get a bit long at times, but I learned a lot and he really knows what he is talking about. The work load is intense, but I passed the AP test thanks to him
He's the best Social Science teacher you'll ever have. I'm lucky to have had him for both my Junior and Senior Year. He's lived an extraordinary life. Pay attention in class, complete and comprehend the context and you'll do fine.
He's extremely competent and effective at teaching. The best way to stay awake is by laughing at people that do strange things when they sleep.
He's a smart guy who knows what he's talking about, esp. since he's actually been to D.C. His passing rate for the U.S. History and Civics tests are INSANE. Take notes. Listen. Do the homework. Pass the class and the AP tests.
good teacher. a definate must have. his lectures stick with you and completely pay off on the AP test. theres a ton of work, and its all hard. i got a C in his class, but passed the AP test.
Mr. Adams is one of the best teacher anyone can have. Although he gives a lot of hw and quizzes, it all pays off during the AP test. His class is structured well and there are no days that are wasted. He is cool, awesome, and terrific--has an interesting background. Can't wait to have him again next year.
Mr. Adams is a great teacher and teaches very well. The work load may be hard, but then it all pays off when AP test comes around in May. He's one of the greatest, coolest teachers anyone can have.
excellent teacher. all the homework and tests pays off when it comes to AP tests. prepares students very well and all the practice for essay writing helps in all subjects.
he's pretty cool. his class goes pretty fast but you just have to keep up with the hws that he gives out. his lecture sometimes arent on what his quizzes are so then you have to be motivated to study by yourself through the book. doesnt really give notes either.
May be a tough teacher, but his lectures are informative, interesting and educational. I admit to falling asleep in class periodically but stuff happens
boring, hard class. he tries to make it funny but i still fall alseep.
Tells the same stories over and over but spends most of the time lecturing from the book. chapter packets are routine but a lot can be learned from this class
he is one of the toughest teachers I have but he's a very funny guy and i like when he gets off track and starts talking about the old days :o)
the class was a lot of hmwk, tests, and quizzes, but i learned a lot and enjoyed learning about our government.
I hated History, after Adams, I loved it. He made it interesting. HW everyday. Doesn't let you slack. "Good for life, Stop the whinning!"
Yeah, he's alright. He loves Reagan, though. And he says "nucular" instead of "nuclear."
Meh, he's Adams "you know what you guys need?" "A MAP!"
lots of work to do and the quizzes/tests are hard. expect daily lectures lasting all period. does prepare you for ap test...if willing to work hard and study
Hard class indeed. Talked SOOO Much, haha jk mr. adams...great class...
Cool republican and great sense of humor. I really miss him. He brags that he is a badass and a tough teacher but he isn't much worse than any other. Peace!
Cool guy. Lectures can drag sometimes, but unlike Humphrey, you don't get distracted by games, so you actually learn something.
Mr. Adams provides counter examples a brilliant way of teaching.
Without a doubt the best social science teacher I've ever had. I learned so much and his lectures in my opinion were always fascinating! You da man Mr. Adams!
