Mr. Balden is a pretty good teacher, but his classes are really boring and you don't really learn anything. The tests are super easy if you know the vocab so just use quizlet and you'll do fine.

He is a very empathetic teacher. I didn't learn a lot but I always enjoyed his class and he was always understanding and patient.

ABSOLUTELY the worst teacher. He plays favorites and doesn't know what he's doing. Switch out if you have the chance.

I am actually surprised of the bad ratings about him. I mean he is IMO a pretty good teacher. He does care about his students and his teaching methods are really straight forward. Maybe he has been improved his teaching skills in the past years. Anyways thank you for an awesome year at Espanol III.

He is a chill dude, but his class are full of time consuming JED homework and the tests are quite hard. The good thing is he always gives out quiz corrections and his classroom is really clean.

Apparently a lot of people don't like him, but coming from a class in CVMS where the teacher taught absolutely NOTHING and expected to get an A on all her tests, he is amazing. It's funny when he tries to get the class to participate but when no one tries, he just does the activity himself or stares at each student individually. I personally think that he's the easiest and most fun spanish teacher and that you'd be lucky if you got him.

If you pay attention, you'll quickly realize that greg (we're on a first name basis) is an amazing guy. Really good teacher. I would recommend self-teaching a little, dont just rely on class.

He is a really great teacher if you listen to what he is saying. If you don't care about the class, you won't learn and probably think it's boring.

He's a nice guy. But he's strict with certain policies like gum. He's not as good as Mr. Brockett because he doesn't have sympathy for us. But games were fun. Oral presentations were fun too.

He's a really easy teacher, though from what i've heard not as easy as the other spanish 3 teachers...you'll do a lot of presenting in front of the class and you'll learn what you need to know, bc he spends a lot of time teaching it.

Its pretty easy to get his on his good side, just stop messing around when he tells you to. Once your on his good side he grades pretty easily, leaves you alone most of the time. He's fun, and outgoing although he does get a little akward at times.

If your not one of his favorites (which I definitely was not) you are royally screwed. If he doesn't like you he nitpicks at your grade and he sent me outside for an hour about every class so I couldn't learn anything. Having him sucks.
