- I actually liked Balden, even though a lot of kids didn't. If all you do is screw around in class he won't like you and you won't get a good grade, but if you try in his class you will succeed. I came in as a terrible Spanish student, but I learned a ton in his class and got As. He really prepared me well for Spanish 3. You can bs the homework and still get full credit and he helps you out on tests, so even if the materal is hard, you can get an A. I'm a fan

- Its pretty easy to get his on his good side, just stop messing around when he tells you to. Once your on his good side he grades pretty easily, leaves you alone most of the time. He's fun, and outgoing although he does get a little akward at times.

- If your not one of his favorites (which I definitely was not) you are royally screwed. If he doesn't like you he nitpicks at your grade and he sent me outside for an hour about every class so I couldn't learn anything. Having him sucks.

hes a little bit difficult, and wont help u at all during class. always at the end. plays favorites too. other people in my class made it fun though. gotta love el presidente y el dictador. plus on the last day we watched the incredibles in ENGLISH. how cool is that. we started watching rush hour 2 also.(permalink) (report)

WOW he definitely has favorites. he isnt that hard but makes you do a lot of oral presentations. he makes bad jokes though. his class isnt to hard if you just do the homework. its kinda the same for every teacher.(permalink) (report)

not only is he an awful teacher, he's a really mean man who makes you feel really stupid. Get on his good side and do all of the homework, not too hard to get an A though.(permalink) (report)
