RateMyTeachers is proud to announce our newest feature - teacher rating responses. Do you want to thank your students for a particularly helpful rating? Or do you want to defend your approach against a rating you disagree with? Do you want to instigate conversation on the quality of your approach? If so, click here to create a verified teacher’s account.
The main advantage to having a Teacher account is that when you post a response, it shows up as the official Teacher Response. Therefore we have to be a little careful. A Moderator reviews all Teacher account submissions, and you will receive an email when your Teacher status is approved. In the meantime (and as soon as we have verified your email address), your account will function as a regular account.
Note:
You must sign up with a valid school-issued email address. You cannot use your home email, not Yahoo mail, not AOL-- it has to be an email address issued by your school, the email address has to have your name in it.
Upon signing up for your account, you will receive a verification email at your school email inbox. In the email is a link you must click to confirm that your address really is yours.
