Through the year, you might think that she that she's really mean and nagging, but in high school, her methods of teaching help you in social studies classes. I would recommend her
When I was in 8th grade, I thought she was mean and useless. But today, I am a junior taking APUSH. I realized how amazing she was and she is probably the best teacher I ever had. Her method of teaching truly makes an impact.
I haven't been one of Mrs. Strauss's students since 2004, but since I grew up and realized what an amazing instructor she was, I've been trying to find her on facebook or some other means so I can thank her for all she did for me. Though she may be a bit eccentric at times, it only serves to help us remember her years down the road. I was a troubled but intelligent student who lacked motivation, and Mrs. Strauss believed in me and supported me when no one else did. I cannot thank her enough.
good teacher but talks too much and spends too much time giving lectures and pointing at the world map. she can also be weird and start to sing in the middle or class. COVER YOUR EARS.
Her explanations in class are often too descriptive, such as an exuberant amount of adjectives. She also takes way too long to get to the point of her lesson.
very smart teacher. not that mean. explains very clearly. her jokes are hilarious.
shes not as bad as everyone says she is. PLUS she let us meet a Schindlerjeude ) awesome experience. except she made us sing in front of every1... THE scariest thing Ive had to do in a class.y
class is a bit hard, but shes very understanding and really nice (if you do your work, of course, as all students should) and yeah, i kinda agree with the "unnecessary" things like drawing maps...
not cool. she said we would have to know how to draw a map in high school. But im a junior and i haven't had to draw one yet. she's a Liar.
One of my favorite teachers of all time. She makes you think, teaches you how to write, and she loves what she does. I'll never forget the musical!
