Take a squid. Now take Novak. Assign both to teach Spanish. After one week which class has been taught more effectively? That's right, the squid's. Take a parrot-like t. rex. Now repeat with this new animal. Both are too similar--too close to call.

Probably one of, if not, the worst language instructors on campus. Her pseudo intellectualism is annoying and frankly most of what is said in class is pointless. Why pointless? Personal stories and rants about how--ironically--students know so little of the world and she has been through it all is also annoying. Her accent is...affected to say the least. Her knowledge of stories rivals that of a diluted one found in SparkNotes. A nonnative speaker is better off dropping the class.

HER SPANISH ACCENT IS TERRIBLE. But if you can get past that, she is a pretty decent teacher. She DOES go off on multiple tangents and selects favorites in her class. But one thing that she DEFINITELY did right was teaching Spanish accents when writing. When I continued onto AP Spanish IV, I was appalled by the number of students that were just clueless when it came to writing accents. She made accents as well as vocabulary easy learn and I will always be very grateful for that.

One of the worst teachers I've had. She is constantly rambling about random topics and we waste a TON of time in there. Every block day we go over homework, do a warm up, and MAYBE manage to do an activity. She is very disorganized as well with her homework assignments. She tells us to trust what she writes on the board, but she will write it wrong or change it online later

She is an excellent teacher. What a student needs to do is to do the homework. Plus, she really helps when she splits students into groups so that they can quiz each other on vocab. It is very helpful and the quizzes are s

La clase de Senora SIoNOvak es muy facil y divertida si habla en ingles con tus amigos. Me gusta mucha la. La clase tiene "major lectures" y "major homework" y "major lectures on doing major homework". Las discursos da lulz.

1. She assigns way more homework than is necessary. 2. She gives lectures every day about why you should do homework every day. 3. All you do in class is go over the homework that she never taught you how to do.
