Mr. Belli is a guy you want to be friends with...but you don't exactly want him to be your teacher. His weakest trait is that he doesn't explain things well in class. But, if you ask him out of class, he'll explain it thoroughly bcz he doesn't give up on you (unless you're rude or you rush him). All in all, you have to be an independent learner (that means reading all the text

He is the best teacher ever. He is very nice because I am one of his favorites. I have maximum credit for the past 2 quarters and he is very fun and entertaining. He gives a load of extra credit opportunities [which many of the students never use] and etc. He does not do well explaining things in class but if you ask a question the whole thing makes sense. Best TEACHER!

If you're an independent learner that's not afraid to ask questions, you'll love him. If you're not, switch out of his class immediately.
