I can't believe he retired(again)... I had his class when I was a 7th grader(2007-2008). I miss him. The students who didn't get to have his class are unlucky.
It was a great honor to be in his only class... I learned not only algebra but found the potential hidden in me.
Mr. Silberstein is old but dont let that intimidate you! He is the best nath teacher evr and I have learned so much from him. HE ROCKS!
He is getting old, but still a really, really good teacher
Had him back in the early 1960s. Inspiration! Now I am a teacher. Went back to see him last year, walked into classroom, & he remembered me! Do the math! 40 Yrs!
he's a great person but as a teacher he's not that good.he can be very slow.since he cannot hear very well its easy for students to talk during tests.boring too
ive nevr had him 4 math but hes sucha nice person...he is a survivor of the holocost aftr all..its sad but i lOVE HIM!!
Your a good teacher. I tap you on the back and you never know. -Allen You-
He is very slow in talking, but doesn't over explain. He doesn't understand his students very well and the way they think. Class is very predictable and not fun
I already reated him, but o well. really great. NO one better for math, though he takes a little getting used to, hes the man for the job. Great guy.
mr silberstein is a really exceptional teacher, and a wonderful person
REally old, but really expirnaced. Dont worry about the nay-sayers; they've never had him. A Great teacher, a great guy.
