Other than the fact that the person below me appears to be under-educated and a product of Mrs. Clancy's favoritist policies, Mrs. Clancy is notably racist, rude, and the most ineffective of teachers when it comes down to it.

Very committed and disciplined teacher and is very dedicated if the student is dedicated. She has tendencies to be "strict" only because majority of the class will have the tendency to be awfully chatty. She's a great teacher and knows what she's doing. As a student, one should trust and open up to the experience of the lessons she gives in her classroom.
