Very spiteful, bitter teacher on a vendetta against all non-athletes. Friendly to athletes in season. Can't admit to personal error. Poor communications skills. Does not foster healthy relations
She is a really cool PERSON, but a pretty hard teacher. All you need is a will to do good it the class and there is a way to get an A.
uhhh...she's not really that bad. honors bio wasn't that hard, it was just really hyped up. But yeah, she def has mood swings.
she's a really nice lady, but her class is quite confusing. she spends 2 weeks teaching something and the tests have completely foreign material on them
My worst HS teacher! Her teaching methods are horrible, she's unhelpful and often unkind. Cirriculum offered very little help for college Bio.
The way she grades labs...hilarious!get the feeling she skims quickly through my labs, finds nothing wrong, then seeing that i got 100%, goes to take 1-2 pts of
She is so ez. If you can't study well, realize that you weak minded infidels are inferior to the intelligent people and u shld be wiped off the face of da earth
not too bad, when you realize that many bio honors classes (BSCS)in other schools are going through the same confusing curriculum
It was the easiest science class I ever took. And her test are so EASY.I don't know what u all are talking about.
Yeah, she's hard, but her class makes you a lot more responsible and really gets you to focus
she's nice..but her tests r 2 way 2 hard, u wanna get an A-u have to do evrything independently
I had Mrs.Geesman for my junior year of anatomy in 1995...to this day she is my favorite teacher. You'll remember her forever.
Mrs. Geesman is a very good teacher. If you fail a test you should go and get help! She will help you out if you show some effort that you want to do better.
She needs to find a better way to make her students understand the material she is trying to teach.
she is really nice but i admit her class is hard, and the stuff we are tested over was not clear at all
Hey maybe we should start paying the overhead for teachin instead of her! Anyone notcie she only ever puts up an overhead and sits down while we copy like mad?!
I just want to say that this lady is my grandmother, and I'm proud of it. She has always loved teaching and will alwyas lover her students. if your kind to her she'll be kind back. If you know what your doing then you should have no problem.
If your the kind of student who needs to look at your notes to help you learn, then you're screwed. The notes she writes down never make any sense. She is pretty nice though. And I do agree with there being stange things on tests that we never discussed.
Not just for this class but does anyone else think they should raise the standards for honors classes? If you don't learn fast and you have to study a whole lot to pass tests, DON'T TAKE HARD CLASSES! Realize your inferiority to the intelligent!
seems to be a little up tight, im in homeroom and she is always worried about making us work even if we dont have anything to do, also she was my bio teacher, she'd teach us about cells and test us on motorcycle mechanics.
I never had any trouble with Bio... Everyone always thought she was so mean, but she was always very nice to me.
Everyone who complains about this class being so hard, maybe you should actually read the book and do your homework. This class is easy!!!!
Mrs. Geesman is really tough, but she's an excellent teacher. Biology honors is a tough course, maybe some people should have reconsidered taking it. It's nothing worse than I expected, and I rather enjoy it. Her class is very hard, but you learn a lot.
The class isn't all that hard if you go home and study which you don't even really need you'll do fine. All you have to do is memorize facts. She is a good teacher and explains everything more than enough for even the most inferior minded to understand.
STOP COMPLAINING ABOUT IT BEING HARD - IT IS AN HONORS CLASS IT SHOULD BE HARD!!
She's a nice person but no test should be as hard and confusing as hers
Mrs.Geesman wants a lot from her students, but she is a very good teacher.
She knows her stuff, but acts like we're in collegel; Retire
I learned a lot from this class. Mrs. G is always willing to help
Mrs. Geesman may be really hard but she is a good teacher
