You don't have to worry about her anymore because she is retired. She left us without telling us and now we have a long term sub who is actually making us do work. She basically screwed us over.
Class work doesn't have to do with test
literally hated every second of her class. she clearly didn't think that I was worth her time, and several times I asked her for help and she didn't at all. terrible experience, turned me off of spanish for life.
She's insane. She never explains what we're doing and spends half the class repeating things. If you ask her a question you will get a 5-10 minute response that DOESN'T answer it. Then, she'll go over material right before a quiz just to ensure her whole class doesn't fail. She's a fake teacher.
Mrs. Ahlbin is a good person but she is a bad spanish teacher. She does not clarify AT ALL what we are doing in class. She spends maybe a minute each class in really fast spanish talking about the lesson plan then assigns translations. When it comes to quizzes, you have to study it all on your own, especially the grammar tenses because she doesn't do anything but translations and "colorful projects" that supposedly make it easier to learn. She never says what's on a test.... so you're screwed
She kind of teaches. I had Sr. Brown last year so I am clueless now... She might make you go to "helpful study sessions" after school.. At that just look like you are doing somthing and then you can b
she thinks shes nice but everyone hates her. maybe if she wasnt rude to her students they would like her
She is a great teacher! She helps when you have questions and is very clear when explaining things. She makes workbook homework an optional thing so you can do it on your own time which is nice!
She is an amazing teacher! she takes everything very slow and is so nice! Love her! you are so lucky if you got her!
I like her but she is kinda out there...hardly learned anything. Because of her im switching to french for next year. I should have an F though and I have a B . (:
she doesn't know how to teach until you are one on one with her. then it becomes a little easier...
make effort in your work as well as study your vocab and understand the grammer and you'll do okay
She speaks so fast, and I had Brown last year. Its toture sitting in that class cuz i have no idea what is happening. She's nice though.
Ahlbin is a very cool lady. I love her class because even though it's a challenge, she will bend over backwards to help you pass as long as you make the effort too.
i tried really to like her but there was always something there that erally cooked me out
oh coem on guys she isnt that bad. shes one of the few teachers who really cares about her students. GET OVER HAVING HARD TEACHERS AND STOP WHINING WHEN YOU GET ONE hard teachers are the BEST teachers.
She is impossible to understand, and all you do is busy work after busy work after busy work. She has a good personality, but her tests are impossibly hard.
couldn't teach if her life depended on it. she had no awards to give out at the end of the school year, obviously she can't teach.
She does teach but last year I had a teacher that didnt teach at all!!!! Her tests are unneccesarily hard, but if you do your hw u will get such a better grade!
First year of Spanish was really easy, but second year I had her all she talks in is Spanish. She is helpful though.
She is a cool teacher and is pretty easy if you do your homework.
ahh i cant understand a thing she's sayin!...even when she explains stuff its in spanish...no wonder every1 has a bad grade
she assigned us to write a will the first day of school, teaches us terms that are in a will and expects us to know everything about spanish with no review
Busy Work! Busy Work! Busy work! its now may and she hasnt taught me nething at all. her test are nothing like the material we study and she does nothin
my champ teacher...nice but goofy. she doestn' care if i'm on time, though, that's a plus, but she is kinda mean about the moment of silence.
Spanish is hard but she does her best to make it easier to understand
She does not really teach the material, so if you want to do well in the class you must be able to teach yourself.
