I had Mrs. Clegg for two years in french IV and AP french.... she was by far one of, if not the best teacher i have ever had. Yes, the course follows a certain structure, but if you do the work, and do your best to understand, there is no way to do poorly in that class, or in your acquisition of the french language. It was BECAUSE of Mrs. Clegg that I ended up where i am today: studying at university in Europe, and continuing to practice the nearly flawless level of french she helped me achieve.
This class is sooo boring!!..i know that its a language but its possible to make the class fun..all we do is sit nd get lectured!..i always get distracted, so i really never know what we r learning??
Seems very severe at first, but actually is very funny and nice, and very good at teaching French. You will have to work more, but you learn a lot.
Very effective teacher. The higher the level of French you are in, the more relaxed she will be during class and the more fun it will be.
She is very nice, and teaches you a lot! Does her job very well, and she will help you if you take the time to ask! It can sometimes be a lot of work, but if you're not lazy, you will do well! :)
Her class passes the slowest, but I do learn french. Your grade in her class is decided by your effort-if U put in effort then U'll get a good grade but I have a hard time learning the way she teaches
her class is very very very boring but she's pretty nic.e
She is a nice person despite her somewhat severe appearance. Her class is very boring but you learn French and that's what matters. And she's willing to help.
Nice teacher, but her teaching motives are somewhat outmoded. Lovely person though once you get to meet her; just wish she would be more clear...
i love ms.Clegg, she is really nice to people who ask for help and she really tries to help people learn
French is not supposed to be easy or entertaining. Mme Clegg will do her job, which is to teach it to you.
I find it ironic that she always calls on me when I don't know the answers... or when the questions are especially difficult. I am definitely not one of her favorites. However, I have learned quite a bit.
a good teacher if you are not lazy. (aka half the school)
I have a hard time learning in this environment and usually feel a bit out of it. Class is often very tedious when all we do is excercises from the book.
I don't know if anyone can make grammar interesting, so class can be boring, but she's very nice, and will always explain stuff if you take the time to ask.
Ms. Clegg has a very defined style of teaching...if you don't learn her way...you're screwed but if you are open to new ways of learing, you'll do great!
ms. clegg made me hate french. not only was she incredibly boring, but she was mean. she seemed to take great joy in targeting and humiliating her students.
She is very nice and wants you to learn, but her classes are really rather dull, and her tests and quizzes have a tendency to make you blank out
Mrs. Clegg is definately a cool lady. She may be boring,I never thought so, but i dont think she can be seen as a bad teacher bc she is very nice and helpful.
yeah, she's a pretty bad teacher. time simply doesn't pass, and i definitely hate french now.
she's so nice, i don't understand how you can hate her. my first year of french, and she didn't make me feel stupid. she doesn't leave people stranded. thanx!
Ms. Clegg works hard to make sure every student understands. If they don't, its their fault, not hers.
you either hate her or like her. personally she has helped me become better at french. she teaches not only whats required but more and its very useful
YOur class needs to be a ton more exciting. I feel like i am watching paint dry when i sit through you class
Two generations of my family have put up with and ultimately hated this teacher. Congratulatons Ms. Clegg, you suck.
