I like her vocab tests and the fact she doesn't make us do our vocab books for nothing. Her tests are easy if u actually read and pay attention in class. I for one have fun talking to her always nice and supportive.

She changes her grading scale each 9 weeks, doesn't inform the students or parents what it will be, and it does not match what she states on her syllabus at the beginning of the year.

she does grade papers hard. If your not an english person, you may find this course challenging. She does improve your writing skills in the long run.. do your ec!! thats how I maintained an A in here.

I've never understood why some people don't like her. She's very nice and I never had much of a problem with any of the work, and I'm the kind of person that skipped that last 2 classes and lunch to get home by noon.

A very inovative master with a micro managed approach to lecturing. A very definative mainstream educator with a seductive feminine paradigm that commands respect and captures the imagination. A truly awakening experience.

Sophmore year was brought down a little bit by Mrs. Martin. Its just a class that book smarts wont get you through. She doesn't play favorites and she is REALLY into politics. Avoid her at all costs.

She's a smart person and a pretty good teacher most of the time, but she likes history and the Opera a litte too much. She's a funny person, but has her mood swings.

She was a hard teacher, but I wouldn't mind having her again. She disagreed with me on just about every topic of religion and politics, but I'm not that shocked

I don't see why everyone thinks she's mean and hard. Maybe if they took their Ritilan and listened to her teach they would pass with ease.

I usually love English, but she's ruining it for me this year. I know it's not supposed to be easy, but making me remember dates in English class is just stupid

well, to become a favorite of martin's, you'll probably need to be libral, not-to-religious, and in love with poety, after that, you got yourself an A
