Mr. Miller is a teacher I have had so many problems with. As others have commented, he takes forever to grade things, and does so unfairly, and his tests are way too hard considering the way in which he leaves us on our own after breezing through a powerpoint made by some other teacher. He obviously knows the information he's teaching, but rarely shares his knowledge with his students in a way they can understand it easily. I could write an essay on all the problems Mr. Miller has inflicted.
Knows a ton about biology and really seems to enjoy teaching it, easiest if you study the textbook for the chapters carefully and use mnemonics for the TWOs. Milldog is the best, his English has really improved and I hope to see him on the analyst desk next year, go for Gold!
He is filled with knowledge about the subject, biology mainly. But he completely relies on the textbook notes we take (which he doesn't even grade sometimes) rather than teaching actual lessons. We are given labs for each chapter to learn on our own with no background knowledge. He briefly goes over the entire chapter in about half a class, so we're usually confused. Tests have stuff on them we never learn. We're only kids, ya know. It's not college just yet.
Mr. Miller, although well versed in the subject he teaches, is often unclear and does very little actual teaching. He primarily relies on labs and worksheets done in class with very little guidance. He takes forever to grade assignments and began the year a harsh grader but now feels the need to issue no more than a completion grade. His tests are very challenging.
He plays league
His teaching abilities are ok. He is an awesome guy. It is very easy to have cool off topic but related conversations with him. He knows his stuff but teaches super quickly. Definitely recommend him it is not that hard to get an A just takes effort at home.
Recently saw Mr.Miller's pic on fb w/his students posting about how he challenged them to be. Real High School kids and skip class once in a while. *Verry Coool Teacher in this achievement-oriented, Gifted School*
i think he's so cool. he rages a lot and plays WOW, gives TWO quizzes and stuff, but is super helpful and one of my faovite teachers :)
Mr. Miller is a really good teacher. In 8th grade science he's eh. 9th grade the easiest teacher. 7th grade REALLY GOOD. Definitely get him if you want a teacher that is nice and loves his job
