He is a GREAT teacher you learn a lot, he grades hard but it makes you a better writer. He's very funny, and nice and you can come to him with any problem.

fun class if you ask him to tell a story you can waste and entire period on that, movie review monday is also fun, grades kinda hard though

Mr Schwalen does absolutely nothing in class. You learn nothing. HIs english class is the biggest waste of time. So if you have him, good luck with a bad class!
