Mrs. Romanowski's English I class in 1999 was relatively easy (even though I was there for one month), but the reading comprehension was slightly difficult. I was surprised that students were forced to read by CA. law 1,200 pages per semester. As a result, I had to find a book that was within my interest (e.g., US history), and it was 600 pages. This was a very tough assignment as Mrs. Romanowski gave reading comp. questions to facilitate critical thinking. I wished that law would be repealed.
The only reason I took AP Lit senior year was to have Mrs. Romo again, she's the bomb. Makes class fun.
Uhm what did I learn in english last year...I can't really remember much to be honest...uhm some vocab words, I liked life of pi. Got a B so I guess that's okay. I was in it for honors sophomore year.
Best teacher ever!!! Very nice and really easy, yet you learn a lot. ;)
