His big thing is that you have to help yourself. If you are struggling you have to go see him. He will do anything to help you and give you as many points as possible. He's actually a really nice guy but you have to be willing to reach out and show him you care. His class can be hard. Never used the textbook.
Mr. Liptack is a very judgmental person and doesn't really care. If he doesn't like you he will make it very clear. He also teaches u absolutely nothing and his motto is " i love questions" but, his
mr. liptack is.... confusing. most people hate him and his class but i don't mind him but as for his class, and teaching methods, i am lost as to what to think. constant work, harsh grader, i struggle
uses "do it yourself" teaching method, which i'm not too fond of and don't think works too well. generally a nice guy. lenient in class/assignments. respects maturity of students (esp. in AP).
I hated Physics until half way through the year and felt I didn't understand anything. One day, it just clicked and I ended up getting a 5 on the AP. Despite what I thought, Mr. Liptack did help!
he sits on his computer all day doing nothing and we just have things due every other work as long as you hand them in do utexas and take the test you pretty much get an a..... also you dunt get cuts
dont have him as a teacher, but i know him on somewhat of a personal level... really nice guy
One of the most understanding, helpful, passionate teachers I have ever encounted. Pay attention and do your work and you'll be okay.
I had him for chem. back in the day. Had to sit in on Mr. Lucy's lectures to learn anything...
He seems burnt out and not willing to really teach the subjects. Very frusrtrating class, incredibly difficult without a tutor- holds personal grudges
His classes are super-super I haven't passed a test yet hard, but he's nice and puts on HUGE curves. His lectures are really hard to follow though.
