The only class I ever cried over was his class. I actually tried to do things right and barely managed to get out of there with a C. Nonetheless, he is a fantastic teacher, even though he's strict.

if you're on his good side then it's not too bad, but he doesn't always explain everything. he puts a lot of weight on tests (about 70%), so don't fail any tests, or else your grade's in the trash

OMG yeah he does make you say yes! I've been kicked out of his class so many times for saying "yeah".

i agree that he tends to embarrass students. however, he taught me alot and is very young at heart. plus, he plays really good music while we work. id much rather work on volume and surface area with iron maiden on then silently. really good teacher.

Loved Mr. Martin. He has hilarious stories, and if he likes you it is to your benefit. He oftentimes gets off topic, but he is a great Algebra teacher. I am terrible at math, but I got an A all year.

Mr. Martin is very wise and likes to teach things about life more then math. He is a great teacher and there are no surprises, so getting a good grade is easy. He makes you say "yes" other than "yah" because saying yes is the right thing to say.

He's cool if you consider him as a friend and an adult you can talk with about contemporary stuff. But he's not very good as a teacher. The job doesn't suit him. He also thinks he knows everything and likes to embarrass his students.
