Mr. Mogge is the reason I decided to become a teacher. Turns a potentially tedious AP class into a fun and engaging course for juniors. He comes up with such interesting activities and shows great films that connect so well to the class. Mogge dedicates himself to making sure that his students succeed and truly understand the course material, and most of his students do really well on the AP. More than that, though, he's the kindest & most genuine teacher in MBHS. Such a sweet guy. I love him!!!
As a teacher, Mogge is fine. He teaches AP World, which as a class is ok. It's incredibly textbook based, and it's a lot of memorization. Mogge doesn't do a great job connecting the stuff we learn to relevant topics today, so there are many days where we sit in class and wonder why we need to be there. If you do the textbook reading (1 or 2 chapters per week), the class is easy, but the reading is so tedious that it makes it a strain to keep up.
Interesting teacher, knowledgeable, and funny too! Easy grader and very chill overall.
This man is one of the teachers at Blair you would wanna have. :D
Best history teacher I ever had! If you go into the class with the understanding that he's had a rough life and cut him some slack when he's had a long day, I guarantee he'll make it an awesome year f
Mogge is the MAN! easy class and easy grader. hes pretty kool with his corny jokes and if u actually try to pass his class u will. He is one of the few teachers who actually cares about ur grade and w
One of my favorite CAP teachers!!! What a super awesome dude.
if you failed the AP, it's because you didn't take good notes during class or do the reading, therefore it is completely your fault. I know no teacher who cares more about his students than Mogge.
who ever thinks mr. mogg is an embarassment to his profession is most likley an embarassment to the shcool.
Mogge is not an embarrassment to his profession. He's helpful, funny, and cool. cool to be in school!
Up until last week I would have given Mr. Mogge a good popularity rating, but today in class he completely blew up at our class. It was totally uncalled for,
His teaching inspired me greatly. I'm long gone from Blair (graduated '97) but he's one of the reasons I'm in grad school doing what I'm doing. Great teacher.
