I was in Ms. Lacuira's 9th grade Honors English, and she's a great teacher. Her class is difficult but manageable. The fact that she doesn't coddle her students and gives them endless extra-credit opportunities, like 2/3 of the SJB teachers, is commendable. Since we actually have to put in effort and learn the material to do well, students actually get something valuable out of the class. Whether it be a new-found love for English or just better work ethic. She's pretty funny and eccentric, too!
i think shes good just go by the rules and shes nice!
Mrs Lacuria tries her best to help thos who help themself if you don't then don't even think of getting off that easy.
she fails those -who do all of the work and cares about moving on and she speaks about unrelated topics
Trust a person who never did anything in High School. As in college I now dicover that she knows what she is talking about.
she talks too much about things that don't relate to the subject english and passes everyone.
Take it from someone who graduated- once you get to college you will be thankful to your english teachers.
Gives too many lectures on unecessary details. Brings the attitude of the students down. Personal opinion is not always needed or necessary.
