I dreaded class with Chesnes. He was a bully and would pick on kids who just wanted to be left alone. Sometimes he could be funny, but mostly he was mean. He wasn't much help when you were struggling with the material; He seemed uninterested in dumming it down for those of us who aren't mathematically inclined. Halfway through the school year, I figured out he was using the same tests as the other section of Pre-Calc; Cheating off those tests was the only thing that kept me from failing.
79 grad of XHS; worst teacher I had at the school. Could not convey information to kids. Maybe he's brilliant but that does not make for a great teacher.
Had a blast in his class cuz i fooled around. The material is pretty hard and you have to keep up on the homeworks. that is very helpful.
Old Chesnes is a prince among men. He works your face off but will always be there to help. And dont play calculator games or if you do...get him a V-day gift
ches is a bull dog of a guy with fairness and compassion for students who work hard and ask questions
hey guys, ches is awesome, i graduated 2 years ago, but any time u wanna see him go off on a tangent, ask him about the universe or the 4th dimension
Very hard tests. Have to watch out for the trick questions. You have to form a study group to get by. Digresses often to irrelative topics. Good luck!
youre best friend in Chez's class: the textbook. wasn't bad, but i had to teach myself a lot of the info
This is a teach yourself class, he doesn't teach at all.
Doesn't explain concepts well...tests/quizzes are tough too.
