  • Class is very difficult with respect to tests/quizzes. However, homework is typically assigned about 2-3 weeks in advance of the due date, so if you don't procrastinate, you'll have enough time to do the problem sets in a meaningful manner. Going to the easy SLOBS will help get you perhaps a B, but attempting to solve all of them will help train you for the tests and get you that A.

  • Really smart, funny, and crazy. He seemed to know how to teach the material, but he presented everything in long lectures that could get boring and really off-topic. Otherwise, I learned a lot in the class. The class could get really hard, especially with tests and problem sets, but it was worth it.

Hard tests, sleep through the lectures, use the time you spent sleeping to read the book at home and ask smarter friends for help. A's for my first two quarters, probably an A for the third too :D

Pretty easy class if you know what to do. And one thing, I think he gives A's to all the people who do the physics olympiad (just make sure you make the semifinals). I got an A.

His lectures just go on forever and go off on a different tangent every two minutes (they're not helpful either.) For AP, you can forget about grades because you seldom ever get anything back and they're pretty much random. His AP physics class pretty much leaves all the learning up to the student, but if you really need help he's pretty good one on one. Despite a certain lack in teaching ability, he's a cool teacher and his class can be fun.

can't teach AT ALL, and gives random grades, which don't matter because the final grade is random too
