- Class is very difficult with respect to tests/quizzes. However, homework is typically assigned about 2-3 weeks in advance of the due date, so if you don't procrastinate, you'll have enough time to do the problem sets in a meaningful manner. Going to the easy SLOBS will help get you perhaps a B, but attempting to solve all of them will help train you for the tests and get you that A.

- Really smart, funny, and crazy. He seemed to know how to teach the material, but he presented everything in long lectures that could get boring and really off-topic. Otherwise, I learned a lot in the class. The class could get really hard, especially with tests and problem sets, but it was worth it.

Really, really cool guy, but he doesn't teach or grade papers, which gets INCREDIBLY frustrating. His lectures are incomprehensible but he's better individually.(permalink) (report)
