He makes very inappropriate comments to his students. He takes off participation if he doesn't like you. He tends not to like overweight people, so that makes gym even more of a struggle. He gives all the answers to the quizzes before we take them, so that's nice. He has said some questionable things to me and other students. Just brushing it off works the best. Go along with his jokes, life will be so much easier.

He is a great teacher. Before i met him i heard the rumors of him and i was stupid enough to believe them, now i realize that they are not true. He is nice, funny, and is a cool teacher. To me he is one of my favorite teachers. He is the kind of teacher that listens and asks if it seems that your having a problem, most teachers do the same boring thing and lectures on and on, but he isnt that way, i have learned a lot in that class and i had fun doing it. He's the best :)

Everyone immediately assumes he's inappropriate because that's what they hear, but if people would be mature they'd see he's a nice guy, just doing his job. He cares, and is helpful and smart. 5stars.

John Henline is a great teacher. He does care about the students. He is someone that listens if you have a problem and tries to help. Most teachers you can't talk to, but with Henline you can.
