I loved Mr. Hoj. He's the reason I became an American History major in my undergrad studies. I also took History of Conflict Management with him and I highly recommend that class if he still teaches it. Nothing like walking into class with your teacher dressed in costume and ready to role play a character for the day's lesson. Enjoy!!!

John portrays a heavy influence of the Danish extremist party "Holger's Warriors" that advocates the Danish people assertively rising up and conquering lands stolen from them over the years and whenever the topic of Denmark is brought up he gives heated lectures similar to Benito Mussolini and always inists on the students enlisting or supporting the plight of his people. Also an avid semi-pro baseball player, playing outfield for the Copenhagen Red Vikings from 1979-1984.
