Dr. Murphy is one of my favorite teachers! He is kind, humorous, and knows so much about philosophy. He makes comparisons between difficult topics and everyday things that make the concepts much easier to understand. He leads deep and insightful class discussions that help students to thoroughly understand the subject. I love his class, and it's one of my favorite religion classes I have taken at Catalina so far.

Dr. Murphy did not meet my expectations as a teacher. I found him to be biased and uncaring towards his students and their points of view/plights of a teenager.

He can be quite an enigma sometimes, and you have to write exactly what he wants you to. Doesn't exactly encourage ndividual thought, but he is very devoted.

A little deceptive. He makes you think he likes you at first, but then he forgets about you because he gets stressed out. PHILOSOPHY IS COOL MAN
