He's quite the individual. Class is just like college. Not going to baby you through the class. Glad I had the Yeager first, I had to teach most of the class myself.THAT'S SAD.
pretty bad teacher...did not help us prepare for the ap test, but at least we got to play cards in his class. all we did was worksheets
MR KAUFMAN AND MS YEAGER TEACH R CLASS MORE THAN BIG T. WHERE IS HE? I SEE BATES MORE THAN I SEE BIG T!
an okay teacher, but at least knows the subject & answers ur questions nicely. And no timed tests at least! unlike yeager..heres ur test- Time up!!what bull..
Mr. Tompkins is a Tiger....raar.....if you're in his only PreCalc class..you know what I'm sayin.
Mr. T teaches his class like a college class. You take charge or your own education. If you want to work, then you work. Very clear cut.
Mr. T is possibly the smartest and easiest math teacher at Hayfield. He answers any question you have with a clear answer. I wish we had more grades though.
No word can describe the loathing. Doesn't teach you anything. Only good thing are the group tests. Other than that, no good at all.
Mr Tompkins was awesome. If you're in the mood to work, you can work but if not, you dont have to. If you ask him questions he answers them. Plain and simple
Very unsupportive teaching style. Your grade is soley based on tests and quizes, and I pretty much had to teach myself the whole year.
Mr.Tompkins is a good teacher, he gives us handouts on his lectures, and if we have any problems/questions, he explains everything so that I can understand.
Slacker's dream. Sure, you won't learn A THING, but at least you can spend the time doing something you enjoy more.
I think he makes us do our own learning because he doesn't know the math himself. We renamed Calculus to Cardulous because we only play cards there.
He just doesn't teach anything. He makes us learn it ourselves and plays on his computer. Its too easy for math - we don't learn.
