A nice teacher; did a good job directing discussions. Gives good grades to papers that are interesting and well-written.
I personally j'adore mr. jordan.... but ik he's not that easy or popular
his essay prompts are ridiculously vague, and he never gives grades on papers so i have no clue how good they are. class discussions are pretty good...sometimes a little boring...
i liked him, but i got great grades on all my papers and never really understood why. i wish he explained grades a little more... but i guess i can't complain! some days he leads discussions better than others. and at least he's a good guy. lets you do rewrites if you ask too.
Mr. Jordan is one of the most vague, unclear teachers I've ever had. Essay prompts are vague. How he comes up with his grades is extremely vague. Beg to be switched b4 its too late
His class discussions are good, and he is a very smart guy, but paper grades are totally random. He will praise your paper, say nothing wrong with it, and give
The worst teacher I've had at Exeter. A's are attainable, but that doesn't make up for how hard you have to try to actually get anything about of the class.
good teacher. He's clear about what he wants on his papers. He also helps you focus your papers so they're straight to the point. Not very hard grader
Gives tons of homework, has amazingly boring classes, but speak up or he won't give you any credit. Don't even try on the papers, he is completely inconsistent
Nice guy, good class, but allows it to become warrior-dominated. Papers... Spend little time on them, he is not consistent. Don't waste your time.
Criticism was fairly constructive but not in a broad sense - applied only to his preferred writing style. Class wasn't all *that* boring.
nice guy but BORING. his class is mind numbing and hes an evil grader. completely ambiguous and gives tons of homework
Great person, but hard teacher. His grades are pulled out of nowhere, and there's no constructive criticism. Class is a bore, but he's passionate about it
Mr. Jordan loves history and I have enjoyed his class despite dreading it at first.
He's a good guy but where do his grades come from? I simply don't understand. He didn't offer any constructive criticism. class wasn't too boring
