He is a really nice man, very old school. I think your experience with him depends on how well-behaved your class is. For me, the class was fun, not very hard, and if someone actually took the time to study, they could get straight A's. For my class, Mr. Grabler was lax and often let us get off topic (which is technically bad, but he told so many great stories and knew stuff about a lot of topics and I've learned a lot beside just Latin). The class really wasn't that demanding.
Okay, lets clear some things up. Mr. Grabler can be really mean, because his students take advatage of his senile-ness. Nobody understands the subject, because nobody actually does what he says. He is really strict and has unreasonable expectations, because we fall so far behind due to stalling class and we are really bad in his class. Doesn't mean I'm going to stop being bad in his class and not studying, but seriously, some teachers want like two hours of homework a night, he wants no more than half an ho
Mr. Grabler is such a wonderful man. He really knows his stuff and honestly cares if his students learn or not. He shouldn't be taken advantage of.
the key is to get him really off topic so he just blabs on and on and its reallly funny. latin is the best class everr
Cool dude with a sweet buick, people just take advantage of his bad hearing.
I really dont like mr. grabler....really dont like him.
Mr. Grabler is a very easy teacher, though sometimes he can give a lot of homework. Everything is done straight out of the book, but he sometimes talks about random things in class. He's like a living encyclopedia!
if i had a quarter for everytime mr grabbler was cool, id have like, idk, but hes cool
Magister is the greatest! Since he can't use computers, he will never get to read this, but I absolutely loved his Latin class.
avito josephus! magister's a good guy. we repeat a bunch of stuff over and over again, but we always have fun. go steve and don - 1 hour !!!
