He's so serious, he needs to lighten up. It's just the 9th grade band.

He's pretty annoying for 9th grade band, but is fine for guitar. He would make mistakes and blame it on us i.e. speeding up. He also picks on people and tells people their talking when they aren't

ok, if you came from Cabin John, Mr. Trettel comes no where close to Mr. Herman...its like joining 6th grade band again. a lot of my friends are waiting to take band in their sophomore year so that they can have Mrs. Herman as a teacher

Mr. Trettel is by far one of the greatest people in the world to be teaching. He is an amazing pit orchestra conductor, and anybody that thinks otherwise can talk to me.

I had Mr. Trettel when I went to high school. I graduated in 1996 and will never ever forget him!

I had him freshman year and he was the greatest! MUCH better teacher than the "specialist" we have now. I would give anything to have him back!

The problem is that he's TOO easy! We played the same music in 9th grade that the Frost General Band played in 7th grade!
