Just the other day we were given an essay. However we don't have Kumar on Fridays so she gave us work that we needed the essay to do the next week she was absent. Then on Tuesday she asked to share our essays, which she never assigned. And we got 6 days to do a 3 week essay. Then on Tuesday she gave it back and half the class failed because she wasn't clear on what we were writing. Then she allowed the class to redo it in 2 days. And most of the class had to rewrite the whole thing. Perfect.

Her class was hella boring made no sense and gave us way to little times to do things and gets mad at us for no reason. She should go back to school and learn how we feel. She is biased and likes kids over another giving them a good grade. Her class is boring and we get to to do nothign helpful for our lives

Honestly, Mrs. Kumar is a rotten teacher. She is extremely judgemental and if you miss your homework even once, she'll hate you for the rest of the semester. She gets disappointed easily and gives us a lot of work but very little time. She also doesn't teach us much. Her assignments are boring and not useful/

She's way to biased and if you miss one or two homeworks, she thinks you are the worst student to have ever existed. Also, her homework is just busywork, there is no point to it and it takes pretty long to complete. Just screw her. She was my previous teacher.

Idk man. Juanita always judges people rather than actually teaching us. She once said our hw was one of the worst things she had ever seen, but her eyes are very unpleasant. Anyways she doesn't know what she is doing and rarely ever gets through a lesson

Ms. Kumar has to be one of my favorite teachers. I began freshman year without a clue on how to write essays, but she used her free time to help me. Her patience and her willingness to help me allowed me to get by the tenth and eleventh grade English classes with ease. Her sense of humor is quite funny and she does give out a lot of homework, but she's honestly super helpful. Try not to get on her bad side though, she will be horrible to you.

She is extremely biased. If you are on her good side the class will be a breeze, but if you are not good luck getting anything higher than a 3 (on a 1-7 scale). She gives vague assignment descriptions and then blames you for not understanding what she said. She has no leniency and is all in all pretty rude. She is unforgiving and constantly tells the class we are bad students (even though we are all extremely well behaved but in her mind missing one hw is the end of the world)

Great Teacher! You have to be on her good side. She is very cool. When I had her in 8th grade I didn't like her, but now in 9th I like her a lot. Also have a 6! Good luck with the baby

Ms. Kumar was a very energetic teacher who cracked a lot of jokes and made English class fun. The main downfall of English class was the amount of busywork that was the 2-3 of homework we got each night. The class itself was very easy, and on most occasions Ms. Kumar was easygoing and helped us to appreciate the great works we read. For the most part, I felt that the book selection was well rounded and interesting.

I love Kumar she is one of the few good English teachers I have ever had and although her class isn't the most easy it isn't that hard and she is very clear and is always trying to help. She is also knowledgeable but she's strict so don't get on her bad side. Overall great teacher.
