Ms. Yang is an intelligent teacher. She can respond to complex questions about class material better than any other teacher I have ever had. The are a few major projects. Her tests are difficult, but she incorporates a substantial grading curve. Every day there is a challenging quiz at the beginning of class. She doesn't use traditional textbook material frame while teaching her class. She has note lectures using visual aid by drawing the concepts and important information so its easier to learn

"Ok today we're going to learn about *insert topic here*.... And THAT'S the 35th way you can die from this stuff!" 10/10 Made me scared of life itself I don't think I will ever be able to look at nature and think about how beautiful it is rather than how many ways all these darned unicellular organisms, allergenic proteins, and that little soreness in my stomach will all lead to a horribly painful and excruciating death. But you will learn a lot. Long as you don't get dissected.

One of the best teachers at Jesuit. She is a hard teacher but very fair in her grading. Also it is easy to get an a if you take good notes.

The best science teacher i have ever had. People complain about the difficulty, which is true, but the AP test is a bad joke after her class, as are SAT II subject tests. Most years her entire class passes the AP test. An a

She is a good teacher. AP Bio is a fast class, but we are learning and retaining perfectly fine. She is also kinda fun. However, she has failed to teach a few things (i.e. skipped classes in her schedule)

Although my son struggled, his score on the AP exam demonstrated the competence of this teacher. She is amazing in how she is able to teach that level of material to sophomores
