She was the best teacher ever. Chinese class is not the same without her and Katherine Chang will never be as good.
PLZ COME BACK MS CHUNG WE NEED YOU. She is easily one of the best teachers at the school or should I say was. I don't know how the Chinese program at Westlake can live without you. thank you for being awesome
I will miss her so much; she really was the greatest teacher ever. She tried very hard to clarify her lessons and help out others. She genuinly wants to help her students get better at Chinese and is very approachable.
Ms. Chung was such a blessing to have as a teacher and I'm sure all of her students will miss her when she retires. She was extremely sweet to everyone and wanted to see us all succeed. She was also very generous and kind and went above the expectations in order to help us.
One of the sweetest and cutest teachers I have ever encountered. She delights me with her witty humor and great teaching style. She is a role model to all students and inspires me to go after my dreams. She will be missed, she is loved. <3
Probably one of the sweetest people I have ever met. She often goes off on random tangents about her life. Pretty easy class overall. She screams at the class all the time, but it's truly because she wants her students to do better :D Not the best teacher, but puts way more effort into her teaching than her students deserve ;)
she's the best teacher and my favorite teacher I ever had. Really sad to hear that she's retiring I loved her!!
Best Teacher NA
The sweetest lady ever. Cares about her students and really wants them to succeed. Thick accent, but always willing to learn to correct herself, and if students ask her to explain something she will try her best to. Overall a very devoted, sweet, and kind teacher.
Jello, cookies, candy, hong shao beef, ribs, moon cakes, peanuts... these are the yummy snacks we had in two months! Mrs. Chung is so nice to her students. She gives us time to do homework in class! (Now my Chinese teacher just do "Hey, workbook for this lesson is due tomorrow, don't forget!" What?
Her english is a little hard to understand...and she doesn't understand the American cultrue very well, but she's an incredible teacher.
nearly impossible to understand her english, but very helpful when you can understand her
