the absolute best, my absolute best friend. 11/10 every day
Señor is *the best.* I have been gone from CK for a long time, and when I think back on it, I have many resentments about my experiences and the way the school is run. But Señor Aravena stands above that in my memory. He was so supportive to me in my endeavors to learn Spanish, as well as a mentor for other aspects of my life. He is one of the primary reasons that I remain passionate about Spanish to this day, years after graduating. If I went back to visit, I would make a beeline for his room.
He's awesome! Although I can see why some would struggle with clarity, he's so supportive and clearly passionate about what he does. He's a good teacher, and moreover just a lovely human being.
Senior is a great guy, and a pretty great teacher. Granted, I have always done well in Spanish, but I think Mr. Aravena is very reasonable in the work he assigns, and what he tests us on. In general, I have found his tests, and even his midterm, to be extremely easy. As long as you don't screw around in class, he will probably like you, and will be more willing to give you help when you need it.
He is entertaining and can keep your attention. He gives only the homework necessary to understand well. He however is often confusing, but everything is clear if you've read ahead of time, or the reading really makes sense after it's taught. Would love to have him again
He's an awesome guy, he's really nice and he's hilarious, but he will even admit, he's kind of fast and unclear. It is hard to learn when the language is new to you, but he's still not a bad teacher, he's just not great, but i still enjoy having his class, and I still learn quite a bit, but you have to put in extra work outisde of class
Senor is a great teacher. He is funny and connects with students very well, even the ones that struggle in his class. I had him first hour and was often late. And although he got mad and thought I was lazy, he always encouraged me to pursue learning spanish with a passion that few teachers have. I wasn't the best student but he is a great teacher. -Nacho
Senor is a really hilarious guy, and it is clear that he really takes pride in his students and the school he teaches at. Sometimes though, he can be a little bit vague in explanations and test on things we never really went over in class. Either way, I'm glad I have him as a teacher, because even though his teaching style doesn't work for me, class is always a good time.
I'm in college now, and I have not so fond memories of his class. His style just didn't work for me, I guess.
Senor is the best!! He loves his students and loves to teach!! You will learn lots even though it seems like a lot of work!!
I love Senor! He was always helpful and very supportive.
If you're taking spanish get senor - he's the best, his class is a little hard but there's a lot of quizzes, so if you fail one it doesn't matter
