I'd heard rumors about her before going into her class, but I decided to keep an open mind. I should have listened to the rumors. She was the worst English teacher I've ever had, gave us assignments that were more art-oriented than English, and when I needed assistance with raising my grade, she turned a blind eye to me and refused to help. She then gave me a C on the final, even after I'd gone to her for assistance and her knowing this was my only hope of raising my grade. Not a very nice person at all.

Actually, so many complaint letters poured in on her that they are making her re interview and it looks likely to be her last year.
