Mr. Toy was, without a doubt, one of the best teachers in the magnet when I attended NHHS, and if he is still there, I can only assume that this is still the case. I am unsurprised by the relatively low rating he has received; his classes wer certainly the most difficult I took, his strict nature is undeniable. Understandably, his popularity suffers for this. However, he without a doubt taught me more than any other teacher, and both of my 5s in history APs back this up.
