The BEST teacher at SPHS!
Mrs. Tash is an absolute gem!!
Well, Mrs. Tash has been through a lot this year and the personality that I faced in Semester 1 is completely different from the Mrs. Tash I am seeing in school. Mrs. Tash has a wonderful and caring personality now just like she used to have. Mrs. Tash is well experienced in preparing High School Students for college. It is a great class to start off with freshman year because she is literally like your mother in IB. She helps you get through freshman year with not many twists and turns.
Her attitude toward me and my son were very hostile. It seems almost as though she always has a chip off her shoulder. During a parent conference with my son, she kept shooting obvious dirty looks at him. I would not recommend this teacher to anyone.
I had Mrs. Tash a few years ago and will never forget how she always used to call me out in class. She would bluntly call me out to "get drink of water" because her class was incredibly boring, especially when she forced you to read a book about the Holocaust. She disliked me for the friend group I was in. That caused her to always be watchful of me to a point where she called me out for being "too careful" and precise while I was FOLDING MY PAPER.
Mrs. Tash is an amazing teacher and person. She is funny, cool, and an awesome teacher!
Mrs. Tash is the most interesting teacher I've ever had. My feelings about her range from loving to hateful, depending on the day. Look, Tash bothers me sometimes, just much as the next person. But guys, seriously. Give her some credit. She's a good teacher. She knows her stuff and has the credentials. People writing super nasty things about her need to remember she's a person too. I think people get so hung up over the one time she pissed them off, they can't forgive her and see she's trying.
Ms Tash shows blatant favoritism and in general is terrible person. She is an elitist snob and will only give good grades to the students she likes. To be fair some of the class was helpful (sat words, essay writing) but she seems to make it her job to make students miserable
Part One If you don't like Mrs. Tash, chances are you claim she has "favorites". Do be honest, you're probably not an outgoing person. She develops relationships with the students that she can - those who are outgoing in her classs. She's not mean to other students, but all she'll say is "oh she's so sweet" about a quiet kid. Mrs. Tash always has the back of the freshman class, as she vouches for them at faculty meetings, sometimes disagreeing with other teachers to stick up for them.
She's a narcissistic b-i-t-c-h who only likes about 4 kids at SPHS. I had her a couple years ago and she didn't like me or hate me; I was sometimes yelled at and made fun of, other times she'd say hi or smile at me.. She never was nice to be around or to me. She made me want to quit IB, but thankfully I didn't. If you can make it through her class, you can make it through anything.
she seriously looks like a thumb.
She thought I liked her, but seriously, her class was a waste, it has no point
Mrs.Tash is funny and more of a real person, she doesn't show favoritism, she just interacts with the outspoken students more directly than the quiet ones. She does not pick on anyone!!!
Pointless busy work, unorganized, unclear, insulting...how is she allowed to teach IB?
Mrs. Tash Sucks
As a former student of hers, I can honestly say that life has become easier now that I don't have her to worry about. She was moody, irritable and just very unhelpful. She would never take the blame if she wasn't specific enough about an assignment. She helped cheaters in the Freshman class last year stay in the IB program just because they were her favorites. What kind of message does that send to students? It's baffling that this woman and her useless class have remained at SPHS.
If you ever want to cheat on tests, stay on her good sides so when you get caught she'll cover you and you won't get in trouble. Happened last year and the people who were caught cheating didn't even get in any trouble all because of Tash.
Good luck to all future freshmen who will have Mrs. Tash. Be prepared for extreme favoritism, bias, racism, and complete madness as this woman is crazy. Stay on her good side, or else. Bring a jacket to her classroom. It feels like Antarctica there.
Very intolerable, her Inquiry Skills class is pointless, and she clearly plays favorites. I hate her with a burning passion and I can't wait for the year to end just so I don't have to deal with her anymore.
She's an awful person to be around. She yells and screams at students as well as bosses around fellow teachers. Her work is useless, and her class is a waste of time. The only people saying good things about her here are her precious little Rojians.
She's very direct and biased. She prefers girls, but she picks favorites among boys too. Get her to like you by doing the work right the first time and not being stupid or annoying and you will have a very very easy time the entire year. Great help when it comes to learning about the school and how to get involved, I wish I had done more of the things she said to do.
Yoi no me gusta la senora tash. senora tash es muy
Mrs. Tash is an amazing teacher and person! She truly cares about every one of her students, and will do whatever she has to to see them succeed! She is very well educated and teaches her classes well, while keeping the students interested and entertained. I love Mrs. Tash!!!
mrs tash is the reason im still in ib she makes the program! i absoluetly love her <3. shw understands every sitiuation and shes beyond helpful
Mrs. Tash's rating from June 1st was uninformed! I bet the rater didn't know that June 1st is Mrs. Tash's birthday but she would never take away time from us to concentrate on herself! She is the BEST
Mrs. Tash is the best teacher at SPHS and she is the reason that I succeeded in the IB Program this year! I love her and so does everyone else that had her!
She definetly is a sound voice for us to all of the other teachers. She is a sweet lady and enjoyed having her to guide me through my freshman year
So helpful, sticks up for us with the teachers, all around sweet and lovely woman.
The best teacher at SPHS and I am NOT popular! She makes everyone feel so special!
I love Mrs. Tash, but I can see why some people would say she plays favorites.
I love Mrs. Tash. This year I am a freshman, and she is helping me so much. She loves everyone in our classes, and doesnt just focus on the populars. She loves everyone.
Mrs. Tash's ISS class is suppose to be a hands-on "fun" class that prepares us for IB Psychology. It is fantastic! I just finished Jr year and I can tell you that she is amazing!
An enjoyable class but she is very Machiavellian. Uses her class and abuses influence as a teacher as a political forum, (i.e. the time change proposal, the newspaper article about the rojans). Obviously tries to be a favorite. Spends too much time talking about unrelated things. Is too lax, allowing people to go in and out of her room which is very distracting. Fake.
incredible, her class was teh one class i looked forward to consistently every day, and sooo nice!! she'll do absolutely everything in her power to help you
Tash is the MOST awesome teacher I've ever had. I love her so much.
The person who rated Mrs. Tash in April must NOT know Mrs. Tash. Learning difficult material was fun! She is always approachable and her students come first!
She is such an awesome person who really does care about her students!
The world does need more Tash-she's like my 2nd mother and I love her!!!
She is the best thing that happened to SPHS ... even if you don't have her make it a point to get to know her... She's wonderful!
best teacher ever. has helped me get to where i am today
Amazing person. She works all day at school, and if you ever need help she's willing to help you even from home.
OMG she keeps me sane each day. Seriously, shes the best teacher ever. Shes so willing to help and she actually listens to you. Shes like my 2nd mom!
