A very good teacher, but she has strong opinions and favorites. Accept that you won't get any A, do your best, and move on. Love her or hate her, you'll learn tons. Word of Warning: She's athiest, feminist, and with very lib
She's a fantastic teacher if you take the time to ask her what you are doing wrong on your essays and she really loves her class. Her class is really difficult to ace unless she loves you.
Shes without question the best english/writing teacher I've ever had. I'm sorry you guys couldn't handle her greatness.
She is closed minded. English was always my best subject until I got her as a teacher. She didn't seem to like me much, and she always had her favorites.
When grading my papers, I think Ms. Kasper simply reads my name and then gives me a grade. No matter what I do, I get the same grade. I've loved English my whole life, but this class seriously makes me hate writing!
I LOVE Kasper's class (and Kasper herself). She's so passionate about what she does and that's exactly what makes it worthwhile. I don't understand you people who call her closed-minded and a feminist.
She is the most difficult(not hard like the desk), the most concerned, the most intelligent, and the most passionate teacher i've ever had. I am an excellent writer because of her. however, her love of lit. didnt stick for me
The only teacher in 4 years at Foothill who gave me Bs in English. The rest were As. 10 years after graduation, I still cannot forget her blatant favortism and snootiness.
Mrs. Kasper definitely knows her subject. There is debate over whether she knows anything else, but you can definitely learn a lot about English in her class.
to be honest, Mrs. K is, in part, the reason why I became an English teacher. Certainly she has her quirks (and her "pets"), but I still admire her.
Genius-- taught me how to love literature and not just focus on the grade; props to her teaching of Shakespeare
She teachs well...but she can get annoying with her favoritism. -_-
Not helpful. In high school, she scorned my writing. In college, my profs said I was the best writer. I work for the top law firm in town b/c of my writing.
what i learned in her class is helping me now in college. but its not what she tought me that i learned, its what i learned by not being what she wanted me to b
Great teacher, listen to her. But dont buy into her feminism. Find a common ground and have fun, she will do you good!
An outstanding woman, she is an inspiration. Maybe hard to see eye to eye with her, but what an inspiring yeacher.
