She doesn't feed you the answer with a spoon. However, unlike Dr. Ning, Dr. T is very approachable and will explain a concept a thousand times to you individually. I had Dr. Ning for Chem H and hated it because I wasn't allowed to ask questions, but Dr. T made me want to pursue chemistry. Everybody stresses about the AP test and I agree that she didn't plan very well (we learned the last concept the night before the AP test), but if you apply yourself, you'll be fine. Be open to asking questions

Dr. T is probably the most knowledgeable teacher at MVHS. Although it can sometimes be difficult to understand exactly what is expected, she is very approachable and extremely helpful one on one. Also, she makes some cheesy, but low-key funny, puns and is really good about giving people the grades they deserve and rounding up when it is clear that someone understands the concept.

Dr. T is an amazing teacher who is very encouraging and supportive of her students. She is very smart, knowledgeable and willing to help students who struggle with the class's content. Her revisions/grading/late policies are always in favor of the students, which allows so many people to do well in her class.

"Dr. T" as she is commonly called, is an incredibly knowledgeable teacher. However, she is not able to effectively relay that information to her students. She basically teaches to the board and goes over concepts in 10 minutes and expects us to understand. Due to her age and hearing problems, she isn't able to handle her classes. She also is highly concerned with her classes' STAR test scores and uses negative motivating to attempt to get her students to score well. Overall, she teaches poorly.

i don't dislike dr. t because she's a hard grader or because she teaches a difficult class. i dislike her because she's a horrendous, incomprehensible teacher. she's not good at explaining anything and makes the class unnecessarily hard. the class itself is not so difficult because the MATERIAL is hard, but because dr. t is unable to get through to more than 10% of her class. therefore, those 10% love her while the other 90% hate her. if she was a good teacher, i would not complain.
