Mrs. Keithley was hard and strict. But, that's because she expected excellence from a bunch of teenagers. It's the kids who have the problem. I thought she was a wonderful teacher.
She is really hard and most people don't like her because of that, but she's just trying to prepare us for college English. If you wanna pass the class, do all the work and READ.
I sat in her stool once and she told me "that is how things break".
I had her for Drama. She's strict, but I think that is needed for the class. She's not as bad as she seems. She's gotten nicer.
If you get on her good side you'll probably get a good grade but she snapps at you even if you haven't done anything and twists your words to get her way.
i like ms. keithley on a personal basis, but when it comes to teaching, forget it!
Okay.....well I've never had her as a teacher, just a director, but as a director....she's just not very good.
It is sad that she lets her own insecurites effect her teaching. By far the worst teacher I ever had.
I don't like how she will make mistakes on grading your papers. She'll give you minus points when actually you got a decent grade.
I know Ms. Keithley has good intentions, shes one of the top teachers to most prepare you for college English. I would do BETTER if she was there to help.
I discovered some of the best books I have ever read in her class. If you don't like to read you won't make it, but if you do...easy A.
Extremely smart, good teacher. Do the work and everything's good.
