My experience with Ken Grisdale was him as a coach I came to the school for the first time in my sophomore year i was interested in basketball and i was completely inexperienced he let me do training with him until try-outs in November i failed my try-outs and he gave me the opportunity to keep training and being the team manager. Coach Gris is a strict coach he wants things right and likes discipline and if you want to train with him you have to be tough. he is also really comprehensive.

I don't think people are upset with their playing time or their kid's playing time. I think it's a respect thing. He simply lacks the ability to be honest, treat certain people with respect, and control his temper. From graduating nearly ten years ago, it's easy to see this pattern with him and burying certain kids, some more than others!

I graduated in 1995. Ken Grisdale was my 10th grade world history teacher. I now have degrees in electrical engineering and law. Mr. Grisdale is one of the finest teachers I ever had. He always had me engaged and challenged me. I was poor and the administration and most of the teachers hated me for it. Mr. Grisdale is the kind of teacher who changes lives.

Hands down one of the most influential people in my life. I just graduated in 2015 but have been around the man my whole life. To speak on athletics, you know you're gonna hear see and hear all the crazy Poland parents whine and complain but I will tell u what. If you come in work your tail off and give 100% effort and can help the team win he WILL use you. As a teacher it doesn't get much better. Show effort and respect and u will have 0 probs.

He was an AMAZING teacher. The only reason some students don't like him is because they are lazy or not starter athletes. Actually try in his class and get over yourself if you aren't a star player.

People need to stop judging their kids playing time in a sport on a mans job and integrity. He was hands down one of my favorite teachers in high school. He cares about his job and each and every kid

Ken Grisdale... Amazing how the History Department is so strong with great teachers like Coach Grisdale and lacking in other areas like administration.
