His introduction into our band program has been an interesting experience to say the least. He lacks the social aspect of his job which in turn affects the mechanical side. He makes excuses or blames others. He treats his students like children and doesn't value their input. This lack of consideration has lead to a band that has lost its established identity.Hes very passionate but does not take care of the necessary details of his job.He would make an excellent tech or AD but NOT a Head Director.
Didn't go to this school but Mr. S was a former teacher of mine at another school. We all loved him and I went into music partly because of him. Thanks Mr. S!
Frightening. In the brilliant sense. Like Hannibal Lecter.
