This scarcrow still works here. Guess thats why they have tenure; so the bad teachers must stay. Only thing motivating about her is on her shirt.

lots of energy, has been dubbed "sunshine" by other math teachers. can be nice, but sometimes very unclear..people have been too intimidated to approach her in the past.

Don’t expect to be babied in her class. She means business and wants you to work hard. Just put in an honest effort and you’ll do fine in her AE classes.

pretty cool and energetic, but seems like she tries too hard to be strict/harsh at times

She doesn't make an effort to get to know her students or reach out to them at all, especially when they may not exactly feel comfortable about approaching her. I could have used that. This is a big bruise on my transcript.

Doesn't lack energy, but the class does. Everyday seems like a flop and I go learn from the text at home. Material is easy enough so no complaints here, really.

Math isn’t my best subject so I can’t say that Ms. Nielsen is “Easy.” But she teaches math in a way that I can understand it. I like that she tries hard. You guys are a bit hars

Her energy at 8 in the morning seemed to drain me. She sometimes seemed a little clueless, and picked on kids to be cool with the rest of the class.

I had her for both geometry and algebra II, and she was great. She can seem a little bit cold, but she really does notice and care about how you're doing.
