Mr. Kelly was a great teacher. He really knows his stuff and keeps it interesting in class. He's pretty easy to understand and is always really happy to help with anything. The class is very hard and there is almost always homework but it is usually manageable. I'd totally recommend him as a teacher but again it isn't a easy class. He expects a lot and usually gets a lot from the class.

He's so nice, honestly one of the first times i've gotten straight A's in a math class. His teaching is super clear and he's always willing to explain things in depth. I really wish i had him again this year. I loved him as a teacher.

I had Mr. Kelly in 1998 and 1999. He was one of the best teachers I had in my 12 years in Lexington Public Schools. He is a bit of an uber-nerd but he's 100% committed to his students and he pushes everyone to do more and do better. If America has anything good in its future, which is, these days, something that seems uncertain... it will be because of Mr. Kelly and other teachers like him.

Hands down the BEST teacher I've EVER had. I had him for CP1 Math 2 and he was the best. His class is challenging, but you learn absolutely a TON from him. Also a really great guy. Genuinely wants you to succeed in his class and in life in general. Wish I had him this year too. He's a hard teacher to be better than.

This guy is an awesome teacher- had him for BC Calc. I worked ridiculously hard on the excessive homework, and still struggled on many of the exams, but his enthusiastic lectures kept me optimistic the whole time. I learned so much from him, and wish I could have had him for all the other years too!

Mr. Kelly is an extremely knowledgable and kind teacher. He is not a harsh grader like some of my other teachers are. He is always willing to help you before/after school and during class. Very good teacher!

Mr. Kelly is a fantastic math teacher, and perhaps one of the nicest I've ever met. He knows his stuff and is so passionate about the subject (I happened to take honors geometry), but sometimes the workload becomes unbearable, and his tests are absolutely killer. The kicker? He's so nice and optimistic after we get our awful grades back that we don't have the heart to break his child-like spirit and voice our concerns.

Clear, upbeat, and helpful. Don't expect to do well if you don't listen, because his lectures are the best calc prep you could possibly get.
