I'm not sure why there are so many negative comments. Sure Señora is hard, but she is a nice person and most of the classes are some sort of game so class is mostly enjoyable. However I do find that sometimes when she starts a new lesson it gets very confusing, and it is almost expected that you already know how to do everything.BUT if you go to her for extra help everything becomes clear. DEFINITELY go to her for extra help, it brought my grade up so much and I almost understand now Fun teacher
hardest teacher I've ever had. super boring class too.
In her class you will learn a lot. She always starts class early, but also ends early because she teaches in a very productive way. Lots of games, and active learning, as long as you do the HW and go on her website you will understand everything. She can be pretty strict but she makes up for it with lots of games and bonus points. Overall, good teacher, a little strict, not as difficult as everyone says she is.
Señor Schultz quite frankly is the most condescending and ignorant person I've ever met. She only sees things in the way she wants to see them (usally very far fetched from reality). Also she expects everyone to understand what she teaches on the first try. I advise not to go in for extra help as I found it to be the most degrading experience of my life. In summary, senora Schultz is just a meanie
The relationships she makes with her students completely demolish any sense of mutual respect. Instead of approaching any problem she has with a student like an adult would, she calls students out in the middle of class and embarrasses them. How is a student suppose to look forward to class and feel as though they're in a positive learning environment if they don't feel respected by their own teacher? She tries hard to make class fun but lessons are confusing and boring.
She is a VERY hard teacher. The activities we do in class are not very helpful and she can be quite rude to the students. She makes a lot of weird jokes that are just not funny. The only way you'll get on her good side is if you are doing well in the class which is very hard to do. I dreaded going to her class every day.
VERY hard teacher but really teaches you the material. My spanish has improved to an unbelievable extent. She is tough but if you put in the work you will do well. She is actually really funny at times and you get on her good side by going to her for extra help. If she likes you then she will be extremely nice and helpful to you (even though she is already willing to help in general). She pretty much is giving extra help during all her frees. Her classes are difficult but overall, great teacher.
She is definitely the best spanish teacher I have ever had. She can be pretty strict but I learned so much in her class and as long as you behave well she will be nice and she can be pretty funny. Definitely a good teacher.
She is definitely one of the harder teachers in the school, but if you ask questions it is not hard to get a good grade in that class. You just need to put in the effort. She knows exactly what she is talking about and can be funny at times too.
Her class is very structured which can be helpful. In class you will play many games for bonus pts. Many times she will call you out during class which is unhelpful to everyone. She doesn't have a good relationship with her students because once they leave class they talk badly behind her back, and she's does not sympathize w/ her students.
she's nice and teaches well. i learned a lot in her class and would prefer her over other spanish teachers (aka abadia)
shes a really good teacher even though she can be tough. she expects a lot but idk why she has a bad rep shes nice and i actually understand her clss
She's a pretty easy teacher, and pretty nice. I feel like I learned a lot
Shes incapable of teaching students without taking on a militarial persona. She should not be teaching high school students as she does not understand teens and isnt a compassionate nor patient person
she may know everything about spanish but she is not good at teaching it to us. she's confusing and fast and unclear, and too harsh about your behavior in class. and the jokes arent funny. LOOSEN UP!!
So hyper, it got very annoying. Bad teacher, intimidating person. Didn't convey things well
it hasn't been very long, but she is very intense and fast-paced so far. kinda intimidating for a teacher.
She has a great sense of humor and is definitely the best spanish teacher at LS. She knows everything there is to know about the language.
funny and nice pretty hard but a good teacher i actually understand it and she is always available for extra help and she is fun to talk
Sra is awesome! I really love this class. I have learned a ton and actually look foreward to this class, I like how i can actually talk and not get into too much trouble too. She is hilarious!!
Yeh she thinks her excercises are helpful and clear, but they aren't. i think i hate spanish because of her. she is the only one who laughs at her jokes and she doesn't understand how to connect to the students at all. i hate her and always try to avoid her in the hallways
Spanish is my absolute favorite class and Sra doesn't get annoyed when I always come in for extra help. Classes are fun, funny, and I wish I could have her again next year!!
she is soooooo funny! omg she is sooo hilarious! cheesy @ times i admit...but hilarious overall!!!
funniest teacher i ever had at LS. such a fun class.. i miss it
Shes a hard but fun teacher to have in the classroom. Her jokes can get a bit old, but shes always trying to get the student to pay attention, which is good.
So cool! My best spanish year ever! She makes it sooo fun!
Schultz is entertaining, but very cheesy at times. Her lessons are extremely boring and are hard to pay attention to sometimes.
