I've had Mrs. Kane for two years and she continues to be one of my favorite teachers. She gets to know and care about every student she has and tries to help them in their individual struggles. I've never had a problem with understanding her teaching although I have had friends who did. I think she is an amazing teacher overall though.
I had her freshmen year. Boy that was lame. Aside from being the most boring an monotone teacher ever, she just doesn't handle class well. She's mildly helpful, but highly boring.
She is the nicest teacher in the world. I love the way she teaches, definitely try and get her if you don't like the teacher you have. She gives small homework problems. One of the classes I look forward to.
mrs kane is honestly the worst math teacher I have ever had. She would get multiple problems wrong on the board each and every day, including simple problems such as ADDITION. She has a very nice and helpful attitude, but completely lacks the aptitude to teach even a basic math class. In addition to her failure to complete simple problems, she has an incredibly unclear voice. She mumbles and mispronounces several words, some as simple as the word, "over," which she pronounces as "oRver."
I think it probably depends on what class you're in. She can be kind of annoying sometimes but only when the class deserves it and shes a good teacher. She explains everything pretty slowly and really clearly so it all makes sense and if you ever need extra help she is really flexible.. compared to the other math teachers at barrington i think shes a lotttt better than the majority.
she is not very bright to say the least and i do not believe that she is the most qualified person to be teaching a boring subject such as math
oh my goodness. i am in her class and i am not lonving it. she doesnt explain things very well and she immediately picks her students she doesnt like. I'm not a fan of hers.
